Great websites are rarely lost to bad design. They are lost to unclear process, slow feedback, moving scope, five people with five opinions. This page sets out how the studio runs so your project ships calmly, on time, and better than you expected.

01

Founder-led, no junior handoff

The person you speak with on the discovery call is the person who researches, designs and builds your site. Nothing is passed to an unnamed junior after the deposit clears. That is why availability is limited and slots are booked in advance.

02

Research before pixels

Every engagement opens with business analysis: who buys from you, what stops them, what your competitors claim, and what a visitor must believe before they act. Design decisions follow that research rather than taste.

This is the single biggest reason revisions here are rare, the direction is argued for on paper before anything is drawn.

03

Communication

04

Feedback and revisions

Feedback works best consolidated: one document, one voice, one deadline. Please gather your team’s comments and send them together within five working days of each review.

Design and build each include the revision rounds named in your proposal. A round is one consolidated set of changes, not a drip of individual requests over three weeks.

Feedback describing the problem (visitors will not understand what we sell here) always produces a better result than feedback prescribing the fix (make it bigger and blue).

05

Timelines

Timelines start when the deposit clears and content has been supplied, and pause when we are waiting on you.

06

Content

You can supply copy and images, or we can write and source them, it is quoted either way, but it has to be decided before the build starts. Building around placeholder text and swapping it later is how deadlines die.

07

Scope changes

New ideas mid-project are normal and welcome. We will price and schedule them separately rather than silently absorbing them, so the launch date stays honest.

08

Quality standard

Nothing goes live until it clears the same checklist, on every project:

09

Launch and handover

You receive full ownership and admin access, a walkthrough video showing how to edit your own content, and thirty days of free bug support. No lock-in, no hostage hosting, no mystery credentials.

10

After launch

A website is a living asset. Care plans cover updates, backups, security, uptime monitoring, speed checks and monthly content edits, so the thing you invested in does not quietly decay. Taking one is optional and never a condition of the build.

11

Who this studio is right for

If you need the cheapest possible template filled in by tomorrow, we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better suited. Saying no to the wrong fit is why the right projects go so well.
