tiwebview.com and all TIWEBVIEW engagements
TIWEBVIEW, Tohidul Islam Pappu
tohidul@tiwebview.com
These terms apply whenever you commission work from TIWEBVIEW, a website build, an SEO engagement, a care plan, video or design work. Where a signed proposal or marketplace contract says something different, that document wins for that project.
Quotes, proposals and acceptance
Every quote is based on the scope described in the proposal and stays valid for thirty days. A project is confirmed when you approve the proposal in writing and the deposit clears.
Timelines quoted are working-day estimates that assume content, feedback and approvals arrive on schedule.
Scope and change requests
The proposal lists exactly what is included: pages, templates, integrations, revision rounds and deliverables. Anything not listed is out of scope.
Change requests are welcome. We will quote them separately before starting so nothing appears on an invoice as a surprise.
Payment terms
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve a start date; the balance is due before the site goes live or files are handed over.
- Larger builds may be split into milestone payments set out in the proposal.
- Invoices are payable within seven days unless agreed otherwise.
- Care plans, hosting and retainers bill monthly or annually in advance and renew until cancelled.
- Bank charges, currency conversion fees and marketplace fees are the client's responsibility.
Your responsibilities
Projects stall for one reason far more than any other: missing input. To keep yours moving:
- Supply copy, images, logos and brand assets by the agreed date.
- Give consolidated feedback within five working days of each review.
- Nominate one decision-maker who can approve on behalf of your team.
- Provide the access we need, hosting, domain, CMS, analytics, third-party tools.
- Confirm you own or are licensed to use every asset you send us.
Revisions and approval
Each project includes the number of revision rounds named in the proposal, typically two on design and two on build. A round means one consolidated set of feedback, not a stream of individual requests.
Work is treated as approved if we do not hear back within ten working days of asking for sign-off, so the project can be closed and invoiced.
Delays and inactive projects
If a project goes quiet for more than thirty days we may pause it and re-book your slot. Restarting after a pause may involve a reactivation fee and a new timeline, since design decisions and third-party versions move on.
Ownership and licensing
Once the final invoice is paid in full, you own the design, custom code and content produced for your project.
Third-party components, themes, plugins, stock photography, fonts and licensed software, remain under their own licences, and any renewal fees are yours.
Until final payment clears, all deliverables remain the property of TIWEBVIEW.
Portfolio rights
We may show completed work in our portfolio, case studies and social channels unless you ask us in writing not to. Confidential details, real customer data and unreleased products are never published.
Warranty and support
Every build includes thirty days of bug support after launch: anything that does not work as specified gets fixed free of charge.
New features, content changes, plugin conflicts caused by third-party updates, and issues arising from edits made by others fall outside the warranty and are quoted separately or covered by a care plan.
Results and third-party platforms
We optimise for search engines, answer engines and conversion using proven methods, but no agency can guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, citations in AI answers or revenue figures, those depend on competition, budget, market and factors outside anyone’s control.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or price increases at hosting companies, plugin vendors, search engines or other third-party platforms.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim connected to an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.
You are responsible for keeping independent backups of any content you provide.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in writing. You pay for all work completed up to that point; deposits covering work already carried out are non-refundable. Care plans can be cancelled with thirty days notice before the next renewal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. We will always try to resolve any dispute through direct conversation first, in six years and hundreds of projects, that has never failed.
