Ecommerce Website Design & Development

Investment starts from

$1,400 USD

Timeline

3 to 5 weeks

Best for

DTC founders launching a first store, or existing brands rebuilding a store that is leaking revenue.

Overview

“Anyone can install a Shopify theme. Very few people can build a store that actually sells at 3 a.m. on a Tuesday.”

Why it matters

The difference is not the theme. It is the catalogue architecture, the PDP that answers objections before they form, and the checkout that does not leak.

What you are working around

The specific things this fixes.

Four quiet revenue leaks in most stores, and how this engagement closes them.

01

Themes styled for the demo, not for your catalogue.

02

PDPs missing the three things buyers actually need to convert.

03

Collections structured for you, not for the buyer’s mental model.

04

Checkout, shipping, tax and returns bolted on as afterthoughts.

Inside the engagement

What is included.

Every line is written into the scope document before we sign. Nothing added later without your say-so.

Catalogue & collection architecture

Buyer-first taxonomy so people find what they came for in one or two clicks.

Conversion-first PDPs

Above-the-fold structure that answers price, trust, spec, shipping and returns without scrolling forever.

Custom Shopify / Woo theme

Built from a proper design system, not a $79 marketplace theme with plugins duct-taped on.

Checkout, payments & tax

Set up correctly for your region: Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, tax and shipping zones.

Reviews, upsells & post-purchase

Judge.me / Loox, related products, cart upsells, thank-you page cross-sell.

Analytics stack

GA4, Meta CAPI, TikTok pixel, Shopify events and a monthly reporting template.

How this ships

The process.

Most stores go live in 3 to 5 weeks. The biggest factor is how quickly your product photos and details are ready.

01

Store planning call

We go through your products, shipping zones, payment methods and stock, then choose WooCommerce or Shopify based on your budget and how you want to run the store.

02

Product data and content

You send photos, prices and descriptions, or a spreadsheet. I clean them into one import file with categories, variations like size and colour, and SKUs.

03

Store design

The homepage, shop page, product page and cart are designed first, because that is where buyers decide. You approve them before the build starts.

04

Build, payments and shipping

Products are imported, then payments (Stripe, PayPal or local gateways), shipping rates, taxes and order emails are set up and connected.

05

Test orders

I place real test orders on phone and desktop, check every email and the refund flow, and fix anything that slows a buyer down.

06

Launch and training

The store goes live with Analytics and Search Console connected. You get a recorded walkthrough on adding products and handling orders, plus 30 days of support.

Answers

Frequently asked.

Depends on catalogue size, integrations and who is editing. Shopify wins for most brands under 2,000 SKUs; Woo wins when you need deep WordPress content or bespoke logic.

Yes, from Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, or a legacy Shopify theme. Products, orders, customers, redirects.

Klaviyo abandoned-cart, welcome, browse-abandon and post-purchase can be added on, see the Email Marketing service.
