WordPress Website Care & Maintenance

Investment starts from

$150 USD / month

Timeline

Onboards in 2 to 3 days

Best for

Any founder whose website is generating revenue, and who should not be the one logging in to run plugin updates.

Overview

“The most expensive websites are not the ones you build. They are the ones you built and then quietly stopped watching.”

Why it matters

Care is not a plugin. It is someone who notices before you do, and fixes it before your customer refreshes the page.

What you are working around

The specific things this fixes.

Four failures that only show up at the worst possible moment.

01

A hacked WordPress site three days before your launch webinar.

02

A theme update that silently broke the checkout on mobile.

03

A five-minute edit sitting in your inbox for two weeks.

04

No backup, no monitoring, no idea the contact form has been down for a month.

Inside the engagement

What is included.

Every line is written into the scope document before we sign. Nothing added later without your say-so.

Daily off-site backups

Retained for 30 days, one-click restore, tested monthly.

Uptime & security monitoring

24/7 uptime pings, malware scans, WAF rules, firewall and login hardening.

Plugin, theme & core updates

Weekly, tested on staging before production. No blind clicks.

Priority edits

Copy tweaks, image swaps, new sections, usually same day, always inside 48 hours.

Performance & Core Web Vitals check

Monthly Lighthouse pass and remediation if scores drift.

Monthly report

Plain-English summary: uptime, updates applied, edits done, issues found.

How this ships

The process.

Onboarding takes 2 to 3 days. After that the work runs every week in the background, and you hear from me once a month or whenever something needs your decision.

01

Health check

I check your WordPress version, plugins, theme, security, speed and backups, then send a short report of anything that needs fixing first.

02

Backups and security

Daily off-site backups, a firewall, malware scans and uptime monitoring are set up, so the site can always be restored if something goes wrong.

03

Safe weekly updates

WordPress, theme and plugin updates run every week. Big updates are tested on a staging copy first, so nothing breaks on the live site.

04

Monitoring and fixes

If the site goes down or a scan finds a problem, I get an alert and start fixing it, usually before you notice.

05

Small edits on request

Send text changes, new images or small page tweaks by email or WhatsApp. Bigger changes, like a new page, are quoted before I start.

06

Monthly report

Each month you get a plain report: what was updated, backups taken, uptime, speed and anything I recommend doing next.
