Most studios bury this page. We would rather you read it before you pay. The short version: if we have not started, you get your money back. Once work is underway, you pay for the work actually done, and if something is genuinely our fault, we fix it or refund it.
The short answer
- Cancel before work starts, full refund of the deposit.
- Cancel during the project, refund of the unearned portion; completed work is billed.
- Cancel after delivery, no refund, because the deliverable is yours to keep and use.
- Our mistake, unfixable, full or partial refund, decided honestly and quickly.
Deposits
A deposit reserves your slot in the schedule and covers discovery, research and strategy, the work that happens before you see a single pixel.
If you cancel within 48 hours of paying and no work has begun, the deposit is refunded in full. After discovery has started, the deposit is non-refundable because that research has already been produced and belongs to you.
Cancelling mid-project
You can stop a project at any time in writing. We calculate the value of work completed to that date, research, wireframes, design, development, content, invoice or refund the difference, and hand over everything produced so far.
No penalty, no hostage-taking of files. You keep what you paid for.
After delivery
Once a website is live, files are handed over, or a design, video or campaign has been delivered and approved, the work is complete and non-refundable. Digital work cannot be returned.
Anything that does not work as specified is covered by the thirty-day bug warranty and gets fixed free of charge.
Care plans, hosting and retainers
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next renewal date; you keep service until the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund part-months.
Annual plans cancelled mid-term are refunded pro-rata on the unused full months, less any discount that was applied for paying annually.
SEO, AEO and marketing engagements
Search and answer-engine work is billed for time, research and implementation, not for guaranteed outcomes. Rankings, citations and traffic depend on competition and market conditions, so results are never grounds for a refund.
If we fail to deliver the agreed deliverables, the audit, the fixes, the content, the reporting, that portion is refundable.
Third-party costs
Domains, hosting, premium themes, plugins, stock media, fonts and paid advertising spend are purchased on your behalf and are non-refundable, since the vendors do not refund them to us.
Marketplace orders
Projects placed through Fiverr or Upwork follow that platform’s resolution and refund process, which sits alongside this policy. We always try to resolve things directly first, it is faster for everyone.
What is not refundable
- A change of mind after the work has been delivered and approved.
- Delays caused by content, feedback or approvals not arriving.
- Problems created by edits made by you or another developer after handover.
- Requests that fall outside the scope agreed in the proposal.
- Dissatisfaction with a direction that was reviewed and signed off during the revision rounds.
How to request a refund
Email tohidul@tiwebview.com with your project name, invoice reference and what went wrong. You will get a reply within two working days and a decision within seven. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within ten working days.
How we avoid needing this page
Refund requests are rare here, and it is not luck. Deep discovery before design, a clear written scope, staged approvals and honest conversations about fit mean both sides know what is being built before anyone commits. If a project is not right for the studio, we say so at the call rather than after the deposit.
